This page explains how Bharat EV handles information submitted through the enquiry forms on this website.

What we collect

• Landowner / property enquiries: name, mobile number, email, preferred contact method, property location and details, document availability, nearby landmarks, comments, and partnership preferences.
• Business enquiries: name, company, work email, phone, business category, fleet details and requirements.
• Careers and station alerts: name, email, phone, area of interest and an optional profile link; or just your email and city for station alerts.

We do not ask for Aadhaar numbers, bank details or property documents through these forms.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site is used and how fast it loads (for example, which pages are visited). They do not use cookies to track you across sites and are not linked to the details you enter in our forms.

WhatsApp and social media

If you choose to message us on WhatsApp or follow our Instagram or Facebook pages, those services handle your data under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We use submitted information to assess your property or requirement and to contact you about your enquiry. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.

Protection and retention

Enquiries are transmitted to our team over an encrypted connection. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or as required by law.

You can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted by writing to ev@mybharatev.com.
