Ways to partner

Choose the arrangement that suits you.

  • 1

    Long-term lease

The site is made available for a defined period under agreed terms.

  • 2

    Commercial partnership

Responsibilities and outcomes are shared in a way agreed for the site.

  • 3

    Open to discussion

Not sure yet? Tell us about the land and we will talk through the options.

Terms are discussed case by case after assessment. No rent, return or timeline is promised through this website.

The journey

From your plot to a charging station.

Four stages. You stay in the conversation at every step, and nothing is agreed until it is in writing.

  1. 1

Share contact, property and access information using the form.

  2. 2

    We review suitability

Our team assesses the information you provided.

  3. 3

    We get in touch

We contact you by your preferred method to discuss next steps.

  4. 4

    Site assessment

If the site looks suitable, we discuss documents and a site visit.

Quick check

Three questions, thirty seconds.

A friendly way to see whether you have what helps us assess a plot. It never says no — it simply points you to the form.

  • A plot you own, co-own, or are authorised to discuss
  • Road access and, ideally, frontage on a road with regular traffic
  • A Google Maps pin or coordinates for the plot
  • Approximate plot size and distance to the nearest major road
  1. 1.Are you the owner, or authorised to discuss the land?
  2. 2.Does the plot have road access?
  3. 3.Is it on or near a road with regular traffic?

This is a quick orientation only. It does not decide anything and nothing is sent.

Questions from property owners

What are EV Charging Stations?

EV Charging Stations are our fixed charging infrastructure offering: planning and developing charging sites, often together with landowners and property partners.

What kind of property may be suitable for a charging station?

Suitability depends on several factors, including plot size, road access and frontage, visibility, proximity to major roads, and the feasibility of an electrical connection. Vacant, commercial, industrial and highway-facing plots may all be considered. Submit your details and we will assess them.

What documents are useful for a land enquiry?

A land record extract (7/12, Khata, Patta or the equivalent in your state), a property card (where applicable), and a plot or site map are useful. You do not need to send any documents with the first enquiry; we will tell you what is needed if the site looks suitable.

Can I propose a long-term lease?

Yes. The form lets you indicate a long-term lease, a commercial partnership, or that you are open to discussion. Terms are discussed case by case; no specific rent, return or timeline is promised through this website.

How will I be contacted after submitting an enquiry?

Our team will review your submission and contact you using the method you selected. We cannot guarantee a response time or that every property will progress to a site.
